National Anthem Singers
- Sing the National Anthem prior to Utah Hockey home games
- Wow the crowd and bring pride to Utah Hockey home games
- Photograph all home games, selected practices and events for team posterity and publication
- Upload all media to teams servers within 2 hours of event
- Post process all photographic assets for publication
- Maintain key worded and searchable database of photographic assets
- Travel with team where possible
- Film all home games, selected practices and events for team posterity and publication
- Transcode all games for external and internal web hosting
- Manage internal and broadcast assets
- Upload all media to teams servers within 2 hours of event
- Maintain key worded and searchable database of video assets
- Travel with team where possible
- Provide professional camera operation for main broadcast camera
- Responsible for home broadcast setup and teardown
- Travel with team where possible
- Manage & maintain all player equipment needs, including skate sharpening, tape, etc
- Maintain team equipment bag for travel
- Pre game puck and placement on bench
- Coordinate youth or crimson ice puck pick up
- Game day puck responsibility (chilling) and delivery to score box
- Return all pucks to storage
- Travel with team where possible
- Coordinate with scorekeeper to insure quality of game and player stats
- Maintain internal team database of all stats
- Maintain ACHA database of all stats
- Travel with team where possible
- Greet Utah Hockey fans at entrance
- Set up and take down ticketing system on game days
- Take payment for tickets
- Scan tickets for season ticket holders
- Field questions our fans may have about the rink, game, players, etc.
