The University of Utah Women’s Division 1 Hockey has released its Academic Progress report for the 2024-25 season.The Skatin’ Utes are an academic leader in the American Collegiate Hockey Association with a team cumulative grade point average of 3.347 and 11 student-athletes, 44% of the team, on the Dean’s List with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
“The staff is thrilled to hear that our student athletes once again had a strong semester in the classroom. Between practice, travel, games, and the time commitment hockey takes it’s such a great feeling knowing they are succeeding in the classroom,” said Utah Women’s Division 1 Head Coach Rodney Stedt on the report.
Other key highlights for the season include the Fall 2024 team cumulative GPA of 3.459, three undergraduate degrees earned and awarded, three 4.0 spring term GPA, and a team average of 26.77 credits passed during the 2024-25 academic year.
